Understanding Learners' and Educators' Potentials - Downloads

This document presents a selection of fictional character profiles, or personas, developed for the Diverse Courses project. These personas are based on real data collected from classes within partner institutions and are designed to represent different types of educators and learners. The sample includes educator profiles like "The Underused Idealist" and learner profiles like "The Hesitant Learner" and "The Independent Achiever". Each persona details characteristics such as personal information, learning needs, motivations, goals, and potential challenges to help educators better understand and support diverse student populations.
